Female Interview Attire – will it get you hired or advance in your career?

Successfully getting hired and advancing in a career is dependent on personal
packaging. Getting dressed properly the major part of it. Dressing appropriately for a Job or Promotion Interview is not about the fashion. It is dressing right and meeting the expectation of the future or present employer. You are there for the interest of the employer, not your own. Clothing should never be a barrier to your image.
It is knowing what to do and how to do it. Buying clothing for a Job or Promotion Interview is not about the latest trend. It is getting good fabric, appropriate styles and garments that fit well. Short, tight and revealing clothing has no place at Interviews or Work. If you want to be seen as a professional, dress like one. Dress two levels above the job you seek.
